This hotel goes out of it's way to make sure you have everything for a truly comfortable and memorable stay. The receptionists couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Everything is top spec but also very down to earth, we didn't feel out of place even though we had been walking all day. The restaurant was also very good and the breakfast choices were outstanding. Oh, and the sea view rooms are amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Just metres from Bude North Cornwall Golf Club, the Links Side Guest House offers free Wi-Fi and freshly cooked breakfasts. Summerleaze Beach is a 5-minute stroll away.

Clean, comfortable B&B in a central location. Great breakfast and lovely hosts who had great communication and were able to accommodate an early check in for us as we were attending a wedding.
Situated opposite the Bude and the North Cornwall Golf Club, Sea Jade is just a 10-minute walk from Crooklets Beach. The town centre of Bude is only 2 minutes’ walk away.

Lovely hosts. Lot’s of things we didn’t expect like scones, cream and
jam. Also milk,coffee,tea,sugar.
On average, 3-star hotels in Bude cost £114 per night, and 4-star hotels in Bude are £98 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Bude can on average be found for £145 per night (based on Booking.com prices).
We were very lucky to have had good weather. The beaches (Summerleaze and Crooklets )are beautiful and if you enjoy walking the coastal path takes you either left or right with stunning views across the sea. Left for The Weir- an excellent child friendly area with outdoor playground and small cafe. To the right walk across the Downs from Crooklets to Northcote and further if you have the energy. Good place for families - Rosie’s which is just behind Crooklets isa friendly cafe with a small playground so you can happily eat & drink whilst the toddlers play. Good high street with range of “seaside” shops and plenty of eateries. By Summerleaze is a sea pool - very large and good for a swim. There are coastguards overlooking both main beaches - waves can be high and the beaches are popular with surfers. All in all recommended for all age groups and in good reach of activities for children such as the Milky Way and the Big Sheep.

Really pretty place with lots to see and do.
Really pretty place with lots to see and do. I loved the canal walk, Maer cliff, northcott beach....
Boscastle was only half hr away.
I stopped at sip n' sea at the rustic tea garden by northcott beach for drinks and snacks. A lovely spot and super welcoming.
Also stopped for coffee at the barge in Bude which was very friendly too.

I have stayed in many hotels all over the world thanks to Booking com.
I stayed at An Mor Hotel Bude and was falsely accused of smoking in the room.
Apparently they had pictures of tobacco taken by somebody after I left the room.
As I am a Non- Smoker and also signed the no smoking form stating as much upon arrival.
They accused me of damaging the room due to smoke and tobacco,
As I arrived late and was rarely in the room only to sleep, as I was visiting grandchildren who live in Bude, the room was mainly untouched.
Upon requesting to speak to a manager there isn’t any.
They took €117 out off my bank account and sent me a stiff notice stating tobacco was found in the room and smoke.
Although they did outline there are smoke alarms in the rooms.
I outlined quite accurately on the phone upon my arrival back home that I am a non smoker and this was false and this tobacco she talks off is not mine.
She was adamant that it was.
She felt it was enough evidence to take €117 out off my bank account and told Booking.com that I was smoking illegally in the room.
I have requested there evidence such as pictures or cctv pictures to be sent to my email
Which they have on file.( as a non smoker I feel I’m untitled to do this )
Upon asking for her name she refused point blank to give her details, and was rude in her manner to me although I’m assuming she is representing the An Mor Hotel.
Please stay away from An Mor Hotel Bude
I had a very bad experience and will never stay there again.

A lovely seaside town. Lots of restaurants, bars cafes. If you like walking there are coastal paths to follow. Great for surfers. Attractive wharf which has a pub, cafes and a bistro called The Olive tree which does really good food. For a really good Sunday lunch The Preston Gate Inn is a must. They have a large family adventure centre with an outdoor adventure playground. There is also a castle which is free to visit it has a cafe with stunning sea views. There are a number of beaches to visit. Varied shops consisting of a mix of both independent traders and well known stores. A great place to stay and north Devon is not far away if you wish to explore.

There is a great beach Summerleaze, which is really near the hotel where you can go on in summer or winter and have a great walk along the coast, or a paddle. There were lots of surfers out there.
There are plenty of cafes/restaurants to visit even in autumn/winter
Bude is a great central place to stay and easily visit other attractions in Cornwall and Devon - Eden project, Tintagel Castle, Lost Gardens of Heligan - just be aware that the satnav tends to send you down all those very narrow 1 track roads!
Only regret was that we didn’t manage to fit in a cream tea
The room was spotless, quiet, spacious & comfortable; very comfy beds. Breakfasts are delicious. We had a fab time at the Bude Jazz Festival & The Falcon was the ideal venue as many of the bands performed in the hotel function rooms. The hotel is within walking distance of the canal, beach & town so a real winner. The fan was a thoughtful addition as the nights have been muggy...
The staff were so welcoming, friendly & helpful & it's always lovely to see Sally again.
Clean, modern, great food and a very well stocked bar. Staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Choice of breakfast was brilliant. We were blessed with lovely weather so eating and drinking at the outside area was very pleasant with views of the beach. We used the hotel as a base for our sightseeing. Bude itself isn’t very flattering, a couple of nice restaurants and sandy beach other than that it’s looking a little rundown.
Great location, clean, friendly staff, bring a fan for kids room it was pretty hot when we were there and bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Has a nice outdoor bar/ lounge you can eat takeaways in. Great views and sun sets. Parking is limited right outside hotel, there’s a larger carpark further away. Breakfast was decent. Wish they had surf and body boards you could borrow. Right in high street for shopping.
We have been coming to Bude for the last 40 years, from camping as teenagers to bringing our family for amazing beach holidays.
And now we have the luxury staying in this lovely family friendly hotel with added bonus we can bring our dog.
The restaurant serves the most amazing but unpretentious food and the staff go out of their way to make us feel welcome and nothing is to much trouble.
We love it
The caring approach towards guests from all the staff. We have lived and worked abroad for 43 years and experienced hotels in many different parts of the world. The Brendon Arms plus the adjoining Falcon Hotel who in an emergency, hosted our booked luncheon and guests, lived up to world class service. Together they are a location that shine like the sun within the Bude environment.
Cozy, clean room, 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. The hosts were accommodating and very helpful. Perfect place to stay for those doing the coastal walks in the region. The bathtub in this room would have been great at the end of a long hike. Unfortunately I started my hike from Bude instead of ending it there.
Our hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was very convenient for touring the north Cornwall coast, and the B & B itself was very easily accessed from the A46. There was easy parking and the guest rooms had there own entrance at ground level. The decor was very attractive. The breakfast cooked to order was excellent.
Location was perfect for Bude and Summerleaze beach. The hotel was clean, comfortable and under Covid restrictions, I felt very well looked after. The staff were exceptional in their friendliness and customer service. Breakfast was very very good. My room was large, clean, comfortable and I could see the sea!
great location. easy walk into Bude and the beaches. the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean.
the food was outstanding, good menu, all beautiful cooked no presented. The modern fun interior decor made it very individual and comfortable.
Had a lovely stay at the An Mor hotel in Bude.Very clean spacious room with friendly staff.
Hotel has a beach bar and serves a very good breakfast. Is also close to resturants, bars shops. Perfect location just a short walk to the beach.will definitely return.
I travelled around 50 countries and stayed in plenty of accomodations in different flavours and sizes. The Edgcumbe Hotel is one of the best I stayed because of staff, location and service. I highly recommend this place for holistic experience in Cornwall.
The caravan was pretty basic but was well equipped and all appliances worked fine. It was clean. The van had it's own router and as a result the wi-fi was excellent. The site was fine and was a 15/20 minute walk to the Crooklets area of Bude.
The hotel’s in a great location, overlooking the beach. The rooms are lovely, as is everyone that works there. The breakfast is brilliant too, and there’s a bar if you want to enjoy evening drinks there. We’ll definitely be re-booking!
The deco of the hotel was pleasant. Adequate outside seating areas with good views over the bay.
Evening meal was nice although a bit pricey and the waitresses were attentive.
So many extra ‘home comforts’ added. The owner really made it so cosy and all thought of everything for a comfortable stay. Really close to Bude too which was nice to walk in.
