The suite was located in a busy area of Barcelona close to bars, restaurants, tourist sites. The suites are located in a renovated building and were beautifully appointed and provided all the amenities needed to provide for a carefree visit. UMA is not a hotel but has a dedicated front desk staff who were most helpful providing directions and dining recommendations. Barcelona is a very large city and the street configuration can be very confusing (next time I will buy a SIM card). However, the location was very central and allowed us to walk to all the tourist sightseeing locations without difficulty. Although the streets are very crowded we never felt unsafe at any time.

We use mobile to unlock the door. It is new experience for me. Apartment is very clean, balcony is large enough for 4 people chilling and having a breakfast. The heat in bathroom is also a bonus for my trip. There is a box of all new cleaning stuff in kitchen. Fantastic! Last, the lift access our apartment directly without any step.

Its just awsome. The location, the spacious lovely clean flat. The supplies like soap/shampoo/conditoner/lotion/toothbrush, its anorher level, just like hotel experience. The towels are also really soft and you get your own slippers. Can only recommend.

The check in process was clear and provided in good time. it made the whole process so easy. she was also a great help when we left to catch the train to the airport. Thanks for a great stay. we will definitely stay there the next time we are in Barcelona
